Delivery and Returns Policy



Products on this website are shipped from the UK or SA if available locally.

Orders are delivered within 2-4 weeks.

The delivery periods are only estimates. We cannot be held accountable for delays due to strikes, severe weather conditions, third-party delivery service issues or customs hold-ups process.

Please note: With EFT orders, the order is only processed once payment has been received. 


All orders over R1000 are delivered free of charge.

Orders less than R1000 are charged R175 for door-to door delivery to main areas. Remote areas may incur additional charges.


Our items are couriered directly to your door. You’ll need to supply us with a physical delivery address as our courier will require your signature upon delivery.

We do 
not deliver to PO Box/postal addresses.

Please note: Our couriers make a total of 2 delivery attempts. If on the 2nd delivery attempt they are still unsuccessful, you will be liable to cover the delivery cost.




  • If your product does not match the description on our website or you are unhappy in any other way, you are welcome to return it to us within 10 days of receiving it.  

  • Returns are free of charge, we will have it collected

  • You will have the option of exchanging the product or being refunded

  • If you wish to return a product it must be unused, in perfect condition with all the original labels and stickers still attached.

  • Please note: All returns undergo a quality check before a new item or refund is processed, so sit tight and trust that we’re doing our best to get your item or refund to you as quickly as we can.


  • Please check size guidelines on the website before ordering.

  • Items can be exchanged within 10 days of receiving it for a different size, provided it is still available. We will order a replacement from the UK and get this to you as soon as possible.

  • All returns are free of charge. We will arrange for a courier to collect it from you. 

  • We are entitled to inspect the product to validate your return. Remember, If you wish to return a product it must be unused, in perfect condition with all the original labels and stickers still attached.


  • The definition of a defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product and is unfit for its intended use.

  • Our products are checked before leaving, however, if you find a problem with your product you may return it within 30 days.

  • Depending on the availability of a substitute product we will replace with the same item. This will be subject to the same shipping timelines as for the original order. Should that same item not be available we will issue you with a refund.

  • Goods can be returned and once inspected and declared undamaged or defective, we will issue you a refund within 10 workings days. Returns must include a reason for the return.

  • International brands sold by Outdoorsport may have different returns and guarantee policies to ours but please note that one needs to register these products on the respective international websites if you wish to take advantage of other guarantees.
